We collect information about you when you provide it to us or enter directly into our Services. This includes:

  • Account related information – we collect information about you when you register for our services and make purchases.
  • Requests via Support Channels – our Services allow you to access self-service support and to contact our Support Team directly. We will capture contact information, details of the problem you are experiencing and other data required to resolve the issue.
  • Payment Information – we may store billing and payment information for certain services.
  • Content provided through our Website – Our Services may include registrations for webinars, online meetings, surveys, mailers or contact forms.

Information we collect automatically when you use the Services

  • Cookies and similar technologies – our Services include websites owned and operated by us, these use technologies to allow us to track your browsing behaviour, links clicked and your device type. We collect various data, including analytics about how you interact with our Services. This allows us to improve experience and performance of our services. What How We Use Your Infomation

How we use your information depends on which services you use and how you use them. The specific purposes include:

For Communication with you we may contact you for the purposes of providing our services to you, sending transactional confirmations, reminders of expiration of subscriptions. We may also contact you with offers of additional services that may be valuable to you, if you give us consent to. The methods of contact may include, telephone, text message and email.

For Support – We use your information to resolve technical issues you encounter, to respond to your requests for assistance, to analyse crash information, and to repair and improve the Services. In the course of providing support and our services, we may provide you with support from one of our locations outside of your country. In these cases, your personal data is handled according to this Privacy Policy.

For research and development –  we are always looking for ways to make our Services smarter, faster, secure, integrated, and useful to you and the data.  We use multiple analytics tools provided by service partners such as Google Analytics, DevExpress and others to collect information about how you interact with our websites and services. This information we collect may be used to improve these Services. 

For safety and security – We use information about you to verify accounts and activity, to monitor suspicious or fraudulent activity and to identify violations of Service policies. 

For protection of our legitimate business interests and legal rights – where required by law or where we believe it is necessary to protect our legal rights, interests and the interests of others, we use information about you in connection with legal claims, compliance, regulatory, and audit functions, and disclosures in connection with the acquisition, merger or sale of a business.  

Other With your consent we will use information about you, where you have given us consent to do so, for a specific purpose not listed above.  For example, with your permission we may publish testimonials or featured customer stories to promote the Services.    

Sharing with third parties

We may share information with third parties that help us to operate, provide, improve, integrate, customize, support and market our Services.

Service Providers – We work with third-party service providers to provide our websites, application development, hosting, maintenance, backup, disaster recovery, storage, virtual infrastructure, payment processing, analysis and other service. This may require them to access or use information about you.  If a service provider needs to access information about you to perform services on our behalf, they do so under close instruction from us, including policies and procedures designed to protect your information.

ConstructionCRM Partners – we work with third parties who provide consulting, sales and technical services to deliver and implement customer solutions around the Services. We may share your information with these third parties in connection with their services, such as to provide localized support or to provide customizations.  We may also share information with these third parties where you have agreed to that sharing.

How We Store and Secure Information We Collect

Information storage and security

We use data hosting service providers in the US, UK and Ireland to host the information we collect, and we use technical measures to secure your data.  

We follow generally accepted standards to store and protect the information we collect about you, both during transmission and once received and stored, including utilization of encryption where appropriate.

While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others.

How Long We Keep Information About You

How long we retain the information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as described in further detail below.  We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services you have requested and thereafter for a variety of legitimate legal or business purposes. These might include retention periods:

  • mandated by contract, law or other similar obligations applicable to our business operations;
  • for preserving, resolving, defending or enforcing our legal/contractual rights; or
  • needed to maintain adequate and accurate business and financial records.

After such time, we will either delete or anonymize your information. If this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives or disaster recovery data stream), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.  


Account information –
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the Services or in order to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.  We also retain some of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to support business operations, and to continue to develop and improve our Services. 

Information you share on the Services – If your account is deactivated or disabled, some of your information and the content you have provided will remain in order to allow your team members or other users to make full use of the Services.  

Managed accounts – If the Services are made available to you through an organization, such as your employer, we retain your information as long as required by the administrator of your account.   

Marketing information – If you have elected to receive marketing communications from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our Services. For example, when you last opened an email from us.  We retain information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time, starting from the date such information was created. 


How to Access And Control Your Information

You have certain rights relating to the information that we hold about you including:

  • the right to request a copy of your information
  • the right to object to our use of your information
  • the right to correct errors in your information
  • the right to request restriction or removal of your information
