Every client email auto-logged to the right account record

Add the shared ConstructionCRM mailbox address to BCC or CC on any outgoing email, from any email client, and the system logs it as an Email Action against the matching company automatically.

Client-agnostic capture

Works from Outlook, Gmail, or any mobile mail app. No per-user plugin install required for email capture.

Automatic record matching
