Client emails never make it into the CRM

Your team is in Outlook all day. The CRM is a separate window. Logging an email means switching context, finding the right record, and filling in a form. When a tender deadline is approaching, that step gets skipped. The activity history becomes fiction.

The Outlook Suite is not a plugin that sends data one way. It is a set of four distinct components that together deliver deep, bidirectional integration with your email and calendar infrastructure.

Outlook Add-In

Installed directly on each user's machine, the Add-In integrates Outlook with your CRM at the desktop level. Email logging, calendar sync and call capture all happen from within the Outlook interface your team already uses. No new window. No context switching.

Outlook Hub

The server-side component that handles your Exchange or Office 365 integration at the infrastructure level. The Hub enables meeting sync and bidirectional calendar integration: meetings created in Outlook appear in the CRM Calendar, and CRM actions with dates appear in Outlook.

Email Queue Processor

Handles outbound email processing for the integration. Your SMTP server is configured once at the system level. The Queue Processor then manages the flow of outgoing emails between Outlook and the CRM, ensuring every relevant message is captured and filed correctly.

Mailbox Listener

A passive email capture layer that works from any email client. Configure a shared BCC address for your CCRM instance. Any user who adds this address to a BCC or CC field triggers automatic logging of that email against the correct company record. No Outlook required.

The Mailbox Listener is the simplest email capture mechanism in the suite. A single shared email address is configured for your CCRM instance. Any user on any email client who adds that address to a BCC or CC field on any outgoing email will trigger automatic logging against the correct company record. No login to the CRM. No form to fill. The system matches on the recipient's email domain and files the correspondence immediately.
